We arrive early and stay late. Most of the day we spend a step back, photographing what is happening rather than arranging it — with enough direction to keep things moving and none of the posing that makes an album look like everyone else’s.

An hour or two, usually near the end of the day. These sessions are the easiest way to find out how you photograph together before a wedding — and they are worth doing on their own, for no occasion at all.

Portraits
Portraiture the old way: available light, few frames, and time to settle before we start. We photograph individuals, families and small groups, and we would rather leave you with twenty frames worth printing than two hundred worth scrolling.
